Terms and conditions

The website and the content on it are subject to copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. These rights are owned by or licensed to Shador pty ltd.

No one is allowed to use any of the material on the website, including text, image, audio and video, except as permitted by statute or with our prior written consent.

All charges and prices on the website are in Australian dollars.

Any purchase from website must be paid upfront in full amount to be considered.

Any purchase from website will be delivered approximately in 4 weeks.

If you realized that you have done a mistake with your online purchase after you have submitted it, please contact us immediately. Although it’s not guaranteed it can be fixed.

Any online purchase item can be return in 14 days after receiving it. Return shipping cost is customer responsibility.
Items must be in its original condition (unworn and all tags attached).
There is 10% returning fee for custom size items.

Online purchases can be cancelled in 14 days after submitting. There is 10% cancellation fee for custom size items.

There are two 45 minutes complimentary appointment for couture clients. There is $50 per 45 minutes consultation for further appointment which is payable on booking. We credit third appointment consultation fee to the couture contract.

Any couture order is considered when 25% of contract value is paid which is not refundable in any circumstances.

There is 25% cancellation fee for any couture contract.
